I'm Bettina, but almost everyone calls me Betty. I'm in my final year of B.Tech IT at Francis Xavier Engineering College, and I've spent most of college building real things alongside my classes.
Two and a half years as an assistant software engineer at Rotation 5. A summer as an ML intern at DRDO, building a platform for UAV flight analysis. And right now, automation engineering at Nellai System and Services, where I'm building an AI voice agent that answers customer-support calls, until I graduate.

Automating customer support: moving the call and remote-support flow onto an AI voice agent, with Claude for the thinking, Sarvam for natural Indian-language voice and Plivo for the phone calls. I log every day and write it all up in monthly reports.
